Update Aesthetics is a CQC-registered medical aesthetics clinic led by an expert team of nurses, doctors, and highly trained skin specialists. We combine medical excellence with advanced aesthetic artistry to deliver safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
Our multidisciplinary team specialises in a full range of non-surgical cosmetic and skin rejuvenation treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and medical-grade skincare solutions. In addition, we offer minor surgical and facial aesthetic procedures, such as blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), removal of lumps and bumps, mole excisions, and specialist facial surgery consultations, all performed by experienced consultant surgeons.
Founded by Nina Prisk, a Registered Independent Nurse Prescriber and nationally recognised aesthetics expert, Update Aesthetics has become known for its dedication to medical integrity, precision, and natural enhancement. Nina is celebrated for her ability to create soft, balanced, and refined results - enhancing each patient’s individual features rather than altering them.
With over 18 years of nursing experience across emergency medicine and cosmetic surgery, Nina has built a reputation for clinical excellence and patient safety. As a Key Opinion Leader and national trainer for leading aesthetic brands, her techniques and approach continue to shape industry standards.

Daisy is a Registered Nurse with an extensive background in surgery and emergency medicine, bringing a strong clinical foundation to her work in aesthetics. With over five years of experience working alongside Nurse Nina, Daisy upholds the Update Aesthetics standard of excellence, ensuring every patient receives the highest level of safety, care, and results.
As a Clinical Trainer for a medical aesthetics training academy, Daisy is passionate about education and sharing her expertise with other medical professionals. She continues to advance her own professional development through ongoing training and clinical skills enhancement.
Daisy is dedicated to helping her patients feel confident and empowered by delivering natural, harmonious results. She takes time to thoroughly educate and guide each patient, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable at every stage of their journey.

Leah is an experienced and award-winning Skin Therapist dedicated to achieving measurable improvements in skin health and confidence. Recognised as Dermalogica Student of the Year and winner of the Cornish Skills Competition, Leah brings exceptional skill and professionalism to her role.
Holding Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications, along with multiple advanced certifications, Leah continues to develop her expertise across clinical aesthetics. She specialises in HydraFacials, laser treatments, bespoke facials, and therapeutic massage, combining technical precision with a calm and reassuring approach.
