We are primarily based in Truro’s city centre, placed in a beautiful, ornate, period property on the prestigious Lemon Street, which has been noted since the 19th century as the medical hub of the city. We are very excited to have our clinic added to this historical location.
The Clinic has large spacious treatment areas and new staff offering exciting non-surgical rejuvenation treatments. We also stock products from the renowned, prescription only, medical grade skin care range, SkinCeuticals and Obagi which you can try and purchase in the Clinic.
Daisy Booker - Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Nurse Daisy is a registered nurse with a background in surgery and emergency medicine.
She has worked alongside Nurse Nina for the past 3 years and been trained and mentored to uphold the Update Aesthetics brand standard.
Daisy is passionate about boosting her patients confidence, she strives to achieve natural looking results, and always endeavours to educate her patients appropriately during their consultations.
Daisy has a warm and bubbly nature leaving her patients feeling relaxed and well looked after.
As a mum of two young boys she can empathise with the need to take time out for yourself every now and then.
Daisy is available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and alternate Saturday’s for cosmetic injectable treatments.
Kayleigh Garbutt - Clinic Manager and Advanced Therapist
Kayleigh has built a thriving career in the Spa & Wellness industry, refining her skills at prestigious 5-star establishments both in Cornwall and internationally, including luxury hotels in Australia, France, and Greece.
Currently pursuing her teacher training and committed to continuous professional development, Kayleigh believes that educating herself to the highest standards enables her to educate her clients to the highest standard.
Now, she brings her passion for delivering advanced facial technologies to Update Aesthetics
while infusing each treatment with a touch of wellness. Kayleigh firmly believes in self-care and sees treatments as crucial for skin rejuvenation, dedicated to empowering clients with personalised skincare routines for maintaining healthy, radiant skin at home.
Danielle Bromley - Skinceuticals Skin Specialist and Advanced Therapist
So far, Danielle has achieved a successful career spanning 20 years within the Spa & Wellness industry - working onboard cruise ships, at luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, as a college lecturer and then into Spa management.
After working with the incredible medical skincare brand ‘SkinCeuticals’ for the last 4 years she developed her love and passion for the Aesthetic industry and subsequently found her dream role at Update Aesthetics.
Originally from the East Midlands, Danielle has lived in Cornwall for the last 15 years..
Ultimately, she understands the importance of self care and promotes a wonderful sense of wellbeing and knowledge for her patients.
